The non-contribution account may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, labor organizations, and other political committees.

More details on these two accounts below.

ACC PAC’s mission is to support the conservative environmental movement by supporting pro-climate conservative leaders for office.

ACC PAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission as both an independent expenditure-only committee, and a traditional nonconnected political committee. As such, it maintains two separate bank accounts: (1) a non-contribution account for independent expenditures; and (2) a “hard money” contribution account.

The non-contribution account may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, labor organizations, and other political committees. Contributions from foreign nationals and government contractors are prohibited. The non-contribution account’s spending is independent, and it does not make contributions to, or coordinate its spending with, any candidates or political parties.

The contribution account may not accept contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal government contractors, national banks, or foreign nationals. The maximum an individual or PAC may contribute to the contribution account is $5,000 per calendar year.

Contributions to ACC PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
